2-Minute Tips

Here you will read and watch short clips showing tips on various aspects of electrical safety within the home and small commercial premises. Most of these will be based on, not just our training, but on the many years’ experience we have working in people’s homes and small businesses. It would highlight some of the warning signs to look out for regarding your entire electrical system relating to health and safety. You will gain tips regarding common faults with appliances and accessories such as light pendants, switches, sockets, shower isolator switches, cooker hood, ovens and cooker switches. The idea is to keep the tips clear, concise and engaging. We do not wish to encourage DIY efforts where a professional is needed, rather we want to offer helpful tips to assist a competent DIYer to carry out simple tasks in a safe manner.
