A relevant callout charge is payable where an electrician is sent out to your address, the rate depending on the time of day or night. This is the minimum amount you will have to pay for the electrician attending your address. However, this charge will be covered by the relevant hourly rate where the electrician proceeds to carry out the emergency services indicated. Please note that it is your responsibility to provide as much information as possible to enable us to determine whether there’s reasonable expectation that the emergency  can be wholly or partially rectified within the callout period. It is sometimes necessary to provide only a partial solution within the callout period. The situation will be fully explained by the electrician on site
